        Recipe of Fish curry                                

Ingredients

Fish                                              1kg

Onion                                            2 piece

Garlic                                            2 tablespoon

Ginger                                           1 tablespoon

Red chilly                                      1 teaspoon

Salt                                                 as per need

Turmeric                                         1 pinch

Ajwain                                             2 pinch

Coriander seeds powder                  half teaspoon

Coriander leaves                               chopped

Green chili                                         3 to 4 chopped

A mixture of grounded spices            2 pinches

Preparation

  1. Wash fish and spread a bit of salt on it and leave it.
  2. Light fry the onion in a pan, then add garlic and ginger paste and add red chili salt and turmeric in it.
  3. Cook all the ingredients well.
  4. Now add fish in it and cook it on low flame. Change the sides of the fish by the time.
  5. Don’t mix it with the spoon again and again.
  6. When you see the color of the fish looked golden, add ajwain, coriander seeds powder in it.
  7. Add water and leave it for 5 to 10 minutes. 
  8. When the curry becomes thick enough of your choice add coriander leaves, chopped green chili, and grounded mixture spices.
  9. Now serve with boiled rice r tortilla.
