Women of this era are facing a lot of problems related to
health. A lot of women are facing different kinds of health issues. This is
because of the lifestyle we have adopted nowadays. Most women live longer
than men but it's also a fact that the diseases in women are more than in men. The
basic reason for it is not taking a balanced diet in daily life.
